- Wooden houses 2-room with all amenities (shower, toilet, mini kitchen, fridge, crockery, TV).
- Wooden small houses have one room and three-room apartments (apartments) with all conveniences (a shower, a toilet, kitchen, fridge, dishes, TV, separate entrance).
- Wooden houses can accommodate up to 6 persons.
- Each wooden cabin has a separate terrace with outdoor furniture.
- In the yard there is a barbecues.
- Restored to the environment, children and all the security and privacy, area is fenced.
- Territory is equipped with a playground and trampoline.
- Free car parking.
- For the convenience of visitors we rent bikes.
- Working from May to September.
Distance:
- By the sea "Monkey bridge" - 700 meters, or 8 minute walk;
- To the Šventoji stream of up to 100 meters;
- to "The old Šventoji market" 5 minutes;
- To shopping center, bus station 10 minutes away;
- To the central street call Kopų street, 10 minutes away.
Price:
- Wooden houses price is 20-100 EUR/day.
- The price of the animal life of wooden house is 5 EUR/night (in a separate agreement).
- "Pillows" tax (municipal tax) applications - €1 (free for children up to the age of 18 is not counted).
- Up to mid-June and from mid-August we apply the discount.
Additional services:
- Bed linen set in a white rental price 3.50 €. Vacationers can choose to bring their own white bed linen.
- Bedroom mattress rent - 6 €.
- Wood baking bundle - 4 €.
Reservation conditions:
- Wooden cabins are reserved in advance. 35% of the advance shall be paid in advance to the specified account.
- If up to 2 days, rest upon the paid an advance of 80%.
- Upon arrival, for all the rest shall be paid from time to time (the rest of the shortening of the time, the money is not refunded).
- Cancellation of the reservation or non-payment of the advance is not refundable.
Arrival conditions:
- Arrival after 14.00 h.
- If you planned to arrive after 20.00 h it is necessary to inform the host.
Departure conditions:
- Check out before 11.00 h.
Additional information:
- Payments only in cash (in euros), bank cards not serviceable.
- The resort at the time of silence from 23.00 to 7.00 hours.
- Vacationers with pets are allowed only to ensure your pet's proper behavior.
